These terms and conditions regulate your use of the site and constitute a legally binding agreement between us and you. The parties to this agreement are any user of this website and the owner of this website, which is (MedLet for Technical Solutions Company, owner of the trade name (MedLet)). The data controller for this website is (MedLet Company) whose geographical location is in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the city of Amman, Marj Al-Hamam, P.O. Box 11732.

Your usage and access to this Website at all times are subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and by using and/or accessing this Website you fully consent to all of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound and comply fully with them. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our website and use our service(s) through your Internet know about these terms and conditions and other applicable terms and conditions and that they comply with them.

2.1 Introduction

Welcome to Medlet ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and handle your information when you use our mobile application Medlet (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or local equivalent). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

3Intellectual Property Rights

The user's access to this site and the information contained therein does not transfer or constitute in any way any validity or IP rights to the "MedLet" data or information displayed or accessible from the site or any of the trademarks, copyrights, designs or patents, invention, facility names, medical information, confidential information, trade secrets, or any other IP rights that may fall under the title of "MedLet" or author, translator, creator, or licensor.

All MedLet trademarks, logos, facility names, and other marks and IP relating to this Website, or any information contained or accessible from it, remain the sole and exclusive property of "MedLet" and its relevant authors or licensors. The user undertakes not to use, publish, or deal with this IP without the consent of "MedLet," the licensor, or the author without prior written approval.

The copyright and all other IP rights in any database/s maintained by "MedLet" and relating to this Website are owned by "MedLet" or the relevant provider or supplier.

The User may only use the information retrieved, viewed, downloaded or otherwise obtained by viewing this Website, for his own personal, non-commercial use. This information and/or data should not be sold, resold, transmitted or otherwise made available or disseminated in any way via any media to any third parties unless prior written consent is obtained from "MedLet".

The User undertakes not to change or delete any proprietary notices contained in any materials, data or information downloaded or retrieved from the "MedLet" website.

4Content Restrictions

The User may not, under any circumstances, reverse, alter, disassemble, translate, reproduce, copy, store any content in a retrieval system, translate the content into any language or computer language or retransmit it in any form or by any means (reproduction electronic, mechanical, photographic) (recording or otherwise) of any material, information or content viewed, downloaded or retrieved from this Site without the prior written consent of MedLet.

The content on this website means all contents of the "MedLet" website services, including information, services, programs, and components, including, but not limited to, page header addresses, specially prepared graphics, logos, notices, sounds, images, icons, names, trademarks, industrial designs, industrial models, and engineering. The programs and source code are fully protected in accordance with the IP law and all applicable regulations and laws, which include copyright, trademark law, and patent law.

All of what is mentioned and/or not mentioned is considered the pure right of "MedLet" company. These contents are consistent with the provisions of Jordanian law and that all graphics, images and files in these services are protected by law, and it is not permissible to modify them, manipulate them, cancel them, delete them, destroy them, disclose them, destroy them, block them, modify them, change them, copy their data, copy their information, or disabling the operation of its information network or disabling its system.

Unless specifically noted in writing, MedLet does not endorse any product whose services are advertised or promoted by this advertisement, nor does MedLet make any representation or provide any warranty with respect to the content, accuracy, suitability or usefulness for the purpose of any material, information or data contained in or linked to any such advertisement.

6User Restrictions and Security

6.1

The User undertakes to comply with generally accepted Internet etiquette and adhere to any MedLet operating policies that may be amended from time to time at MedLet's discretion. The User undertakes and agrees that all information, documents, data and materials provided or transmitted to "MedLet" will be accurate, truthful and up-to-date and that the User is solely responsible for the content of such information, documents, data and materials.

6.2

"MedLet" reserves the right to take any action in relation to any documents, information, data or materials that "MedLet" in its sole discretion may necessarily deem appropriate, if it believes that failure to take such action may create any liability, whether conscious or otherwise, for "MedLet" MedLet, its suppliers, or advertisers cause MedLet to lose or incur any harm or damages in any vested interest or goodwill or which may adversely affect the provision of or access to this Site or the services of any of its service providers. In particular, the User undertakes:

6.2.1

Not to violate the privacy of any person or violate the security of any computer system or network, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Infringement of copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights or other IP rights, directly or indirectly
  • Violating any law, legal article, decree, regulation or public policy in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In this regard, the User undertakes to familiarize himself with all information and ensure that he remains aware of any amendments to these laws or regulations that may be in force from time to time
  • Any information, documents, data or materials proposed or submitted to MedLet must not be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, harassing, obscene, abusive or bad
  • Any submitted files must not contain "viruses," "Trojan horses," "worms," "time bombs," "bots," or any other computer programming programs or elements intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any computer system, data or network or engage in any activities that could be considered hacking or otherwise interfere with the integrity of this Site and its supporting infrastructure
  • Commit any act or omission that may have negative technical effects on the integrity or functionality of this website and its underlying servers and supporting infrastructure
  • Giving the user name and password or making it available in any way to any other person in any way for that person's use, and the User undertakes to take any steps that may be necessary to ensure the preservation and confidentiality of the user name and password and in any event the User must not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of "MedLet". The user shall be legally bound and bear responsibility for actions taken under the username and password. The User hereby acknowledges that MedLet shall be entitled to reasonably assume that the User is the party where a particular username and password have been used to access, view and/or participate in any activity on this Site, or any part thereof

You must notify MedLet immediately if it has any reason to believe that the confidentiality of your username and password may be compromised

6.2.3

Any limitations and/or conditions imposed on the authority of any Authorized User who has been granted access to the Service and/or the Content of this Website must be notified to MedLet immediately and in writing.

7Disclaimer and Compensation

7.1

Given the number of sources from which the Company obtains Content and the nature of electronic distribution via the Internet throughout the world, neither MedLet nor any of its suppliers will be liable to any user or any other person in respect of any loss or damages of any kind arising from or arising from any of the following situations:

  • Arising out of or in connection with the use of, access to, or inability to use or access any information, content or services provided on this Website
  • Any fact or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of "MedLet"
  • Any failure in service provided by third party suppliers, their unavailability or defective performance of any software or any of the services available on or from this Site
  • The performance or unavailability of this Website, or any other website linked or related to it
  • Any suspension or interruption of access to this website by "MedLet"
  • Any breach of privacy or security by any person or entity
  • Loss, corruption, destruction, theft, contamination or corruption of any data, information or content accessible via this Website
  • Maintain the integrity of any text or other form of data, information or content on or accessible from this Website
  • Any publication or use of any information or data contained or accessible from this website
  • The User fails to perform any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to failure to comply with any of the provisions of paragraphs 6 and 8

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, neither MedLet nor its suppliers will be liable for any direct, consequential or indirect loss incurred by a user or any other person.

7.3

Although "MedLet" will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure the integrity, security and confidentiality of all personal information provided and/or obtained from the User, it will not be liable under any circumstances if such information is compromised, published or otherwise disclosed. Through conduct beyond MedLet's control, such as hacking, attacks by "viruses," "Trojan horses," or any other computer programming routines or programs intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system or Personal data or information.

7.4

MedLet hereby confirms that it shall not be liable for any and all losses, liabilities, costs or damages suffered or incurred by a user or any other person arising out of or in connection with the use, provision or distribution of any feature or service that may be promoted or offered on the Site. This Site or any other site accessible through or linked to this Site, however such loss or liability may occur, which loss or liability may be financial, personal, consequential, incidental or otherwise.

"MedLet" does not warrant or represent that the functions, facilities, services or content contained in this site, or accessible from this site or any part thereof, will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected or that this site and/or Or that the server that makes it available to the user is free of viruses, infections, errors or the like, and "MedLet" makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, in terms of the reliability, accuracy, usefulness, adequacy, quality, currency, completeness, suitability or usefulness of any The purpose or otherwise of any information, services, facilities, data or materials displayed on or accessed on this Website.

The User hereby confirms that MedLet and its suppliers shall have no liability against any and all claims in respect of any loss or damage referred to in Clauses 7.1 to 7.4 of these Terms and Conditions.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits, or is intended to exclude or limit, in any way our liability to the User where it would be unlawful to do so.

8Contact Online

8.1

When any User is permitted to participate in online communication such as requesting information, receiving alerts, sending and receiving email, participating in conferences, downloading and uploading files, and other uses permitted by MedLet, such access and participation is subject to the following:

  • Files that may be uploaded, public messages sent and user activity in conferences are subject to review, modification and deletion without notice by the "MedLet" representative responsible for administration in the region in which the activity occurs
  • MedLet's operating policy relating to online conduct, storage and deletion of e-mail, file uploads, conferences, bulletin boards and other matters is available on and/or made available via the Internet. MedLet reserves its sole discretion to change these policies at any time and from time to time
  • Files uploaded to a bulletin board may be subject to restrictions on usage, copying and dissemination and users are responsible for abiding by such restriction if they download them

8.2

Users are specifically prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Post or send any message that is or is likely to be construed as defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, seditious or otherwise objectionable in the opinion of MedLet
  • Publish or send any indecent, obscene or pornographic message, data, image or program
  • Posting the same note more than once ("spamming")
  • Intercept or attempt to intercept email or other private communications not intended for that user
  • Use this Site as an unsolicited distribution method to deliver an unsolicited message in general
  • Sending unsolicited emails through a third-party mail service in order to relay or hide the origin of the email to others

8.3

User participation in online communication occurs in real time and is not edited, monitored or otherwise controlled by MedLet. MedLet cannot and does not screen content provided by users while communicating online. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MedLet reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor and record the content of your online communication. MedLet reserves the right to remove content that MedLet determines in its sole discretion to be harmful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions or MedLet's operating policies.

9Suspension and Termination

9.1

In the event that the User engages in one or more of the prohibited practices or fails to comply with any obligations stipulated in paragraphs 6.2 and 8.2, or breaches any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which will be determined in "MedLet's" sole discretion and any decision it takes will be final. MedLet has the right, without prejudice to any of its rights, to:

  • Suspend or terminate a user's access to or use of this Site or any service or facility without prior notice
  • Charge the User for any costs incurred by MedLet, including, but not limited to, administration costs and downtime
  • In the event of a negative technical impact on the network of any of these practices, the User must take the necessary steps to correct the situation at his own expense or risk

9.2

Suspension or termination of the User's right to use or access this Website or any part thereof will not affect the provisions of these Terms and Conditions which will effective such suspension or termination.

10Notification

10.1

MedLet may give notice to the User under these Terms and Conditions by e-mail, a general notice on this Website, or by written notice delivered by post office box to the User's registered address. Any User may send notice to "MedLet" at any time via email to [email protected] or by registered mail to the following address: P.O. Box 11732, Building, Floor 3, Marj Al-Hamam, Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

10.2

The notification period for any email sent by the company to the user is duly calculated from the day following the date of sending. The user must specify his own e-mail to communicate with him, and if he changes his mailing address without informing the company, his previous mailing address will be considered the one approved for notification and will have its legal effects.

11Third Party Rights

The terms of these Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of MedLet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and information providers. Each of these persons or entities shall have the right to assert or enforce any such provisions directly against the User on its own behalf and to which such persons or entities agree and consent to this provision.

12Law Enforcement

The provisions of these terms and conditions are subject to Jordanian law.

13Complete Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and neither party will be bound by any representations, covenants, warranties, promises, etc. not recorded herein.

14No Waiver

Any failure or neglect by "MedLet" to fully enforce at any time any of its rights or any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of its rights, and such failure or neglect shall in no way constitute a suspension or affect the validity of all or any part of these terms and conditions, and does not affect the rights of "MedLet" to take any action that may have arisen in the past or may arise in the future.

15Amendments

15.1

MedLet reserves the right to change the content, presentation, format, performance, layout, facilities and services available or offered on this Website or any part thereof at its absolute discretion and hereby disclaims any liability, losses, claims, damages or inconvenience that may arise anyone suffers from it as a result of these changes.

15.2

MedLet may amend these terms and conditions at any time, and such amendment will be effective immediately upon posting such amendment or change on this website. The User may request to be notified by email of such amendments or changes by contacting "MedLet" at [email protected]

15.3

It is the responsibility of all users to ensure that they are regularly informed of any amendments and/or updates or changes.

15.4

Continued use, access or viewing of this Website and/or the Services provided by the User shall be deemed conclusive acceptance of these revised Terms and Conditions.

16Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then that provision will be severable from the remaining provisions, which will remain valid and enforceable.

17Assignment

The User may not assign any of its rights or delegate any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

17.2

"MedLet" may assign, transfer or delegate to any third party in its absolute discretion all or any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

18Specific Terms of Use

If any specific terms of use appear on this Website about all or part of content displayed on or accessible from this Website, and such specific terms of use conflict with any of these terms and conditions, then the specific terms of use will control concerning such content.

19Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
